1. Description of Service
CoreRelevance provides a high-authority web directory and certification service focused on validating authentic, human-managed, and expert-driven digital content. We offer annual packages (Indie, Professional, and Agency bundles) that grant users credits to submit websites for manual review by our specialists. Successful validation grants the right to display our digital verification stamp and secures a listing in our directory.
2. Account Registration and Security
To purchase packages and submit URLs, you must create an account on our platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Annual Billing and Package Renewals
One-Time Annual Fee: All packages listed on our platform are billed as a one-time annual payment. We do not charge recurring monthly memberships.
Expiration: All technical verification credits and directory listings are valid for exactly 360 days from the date of successful manual audit.
Renewals: To maintain an active verification stamp and directory placement, websites must undergo a new manual audit every 360 days upon expiration to ensure they still meet our quality guidelines.
4. Manual Audit Guidelines & Refund Policy
Our core value is the integrity of our directory. Therefore, purchasing a package does not guarantee automatic placement or certification. Every submitted URL must pass a rigorous, manual anti-AI and technical review by a human specialist.
Unsuitable Websites: If, during our manual auditing process, our specialists determine that a submitted website is not eligible or fit for our platform (e.g., it consists of automated AI spam, low-quality scraped content, malicious code, misleading commercial practices, or lacks genuine human oversight), the website will not be listed in our directory.
Guaranteed Refund: In the event that your submitted website is rejected and deemed unsuitable by our team, CoreRelevance will issue a full refund for that specific verification credit/charge, and no certification will be issued.
Indie Plan Requirement: For the Indie/Community plan, maintaining a valid, active reciprocal link to CoreRelevance in the footer of the verified website is an mandatory condition. Removal of this link during the active period may result in listing deactivation without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property & Badge Usage
Upon successful certification, CoreRelevance grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display the CoreRelevance Verification Stamp on the approved domain name. You may not alter, modify, or misrepresent the visual design of the stamp or attempt to embed it on unapproved third-party websites.
6. Limitation of Liability
CoreRelevance acts as an independent verification body. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic growth, or financial results from being listed in our directory. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or from the rejection of any submitted website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the registration and operations of CoreRelevance, without regard to conflict of law principles.
